Indianapolis Colts je profesionální klub amerického fotbalu se sídlem v Indianapolisu v USA. Od roku 2002 je členem South Division American Football Conference National Football League. Klub byl oficiálně založen v Baltimoru v roce 1953, ale jeho původ můžeme vystopovat až k týmu Dayton Triangles, zakládajícímu členu NFL, který byl vytvořen již v roce 1913. Po sérii změn se ujal název Baltimore Colts, který nahradil tým stejného jména, který skončil v roce 1950. Colts, hrající na baltimorském Memorial Stadium, se stali prvním týmem NFL, který představil roztleskávačky (cheerleaders).
